ABS may restrict or terminate access to Services when prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written service agreement. ABS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABS’s aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid to ABS for the applicable Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
